I was watching a new movie with one of my friends when the Ft. Worth adt securitybegan to alert us that something was not right. At first, my friend and I were dumbfounded. My dad quickly came into the room and let us know that he had set it off on accident while bringing the groceries in. My dad and I went through the entire training manual when the system was first installed. It really took my dad no time at all to figure out how to reset the system again. It was not too long before my friend and I were back to enjoying our movie, eating popcorn and having a good time. It really ended up being one of the most fun nights I have had in a while. My dad kept making jokes with my friend and I about someone breaking into the house and coming after us. It really was not as funny as he thought it was to us since we were in the middle of a watching a really good, but scary horror movie.

My sister was on Expert Satellite looking up information about different channels and packages. She was trying to put a case together to present to my parents as to why we should get certain channels. She really wants to be able to watch Oxygen, Bravo and TLC. I think we used to have some of those, but we have not had them since we moved to our new house. My sister used to love watching the show, Cake Boss. It is a show where you watch a bakery owner make these ridiculous cakes. They are really masterpieces in some ways. I watched one episode where he was trying to put fireworks on the cake. He has made some pretty huge ones too. He made a planet cake that had multiple planets stacked on top of one another. I think every time I have watched that show, it has made me want to eat lots and lots of cake. I always wonder if the cake actually tastes as good as it looks. My sister really likes that show and then a couple of others on TLC about cooking and bakeries.
